Beau Lebens, Automattic Inc.

Beau is a web developer who hails from Australia, but lives in San Francisco. He’s been working on the web since about 1996 and developing PHP/MySQL systems since 2000. He has been involved in a variety of technical enterprises ranging from an exclusively-online division at a University to a niche Search Engine Marketing firm, with a short stint building an online scrapbooking network for parents. Interested in all things social, tech and web-related, Beau holds a degree in online community, culture and governance, and spends most of his time these days hacking web apps for Automattic.

Risman Adnan, Microsoft Corp.

Risman Adnan was the founder of Indonesia .NET Developer Community (INDC) and Windows Server System Indonesia (WSS-ID) who works for Microsoft Asia Pacific where he is currently the Architect Advisor in Developer and Platform Group division. His focus in Indonesia is to help Microsoft’s customers and partners in designing and developing web applications. He holds master degree in Theoretical Physics from University of Indonesia and has contributed to the development of Indonesia IT community since 2000.

Michael Koenig, IntenseDebate

Michael Koenig, Schmooze Engineer at Automattic, as well as a Comment Ninja at IntenseDebate. Michael has seen “Big Trouble In Little China” more times than anyone ever should. While he wanted to be a kung fu master, he went a less violent route and picked up a bass guitar and set of skis. Originally from Michigan, Michael now lives in Chicago, Illinois by way of Boulder, Colorado where he earned his BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado. He joined the IntenseDebate crew (a distributed comment system now a part of the Automattic family) in March of 2008, and has since perfected the art of schmoozing kung fu.

Harry Sufehmi

Harry Sufehmi is an IT consultant currently living in Jakarta with his wife. Father of four, he has broad IT skillset and able to specialize in a very short time. His work on Wordpress since 2 years ago mainly focuses on the infrastructure – especially on enabling popular Wordpress blogs to survive the onslaught of traffic.

Made Wiryana, Gunadarma University

Dr. rer. nat. I Made Wiryana, holds a Sarjana Komputer (SKom) in Computer Science degree from Gunadarma University, Jakarta and Sarjana Sains (SSi) in Physics from Indonesia University. He continued his education and obtained a Master degree in Computer Science from Edith Cowan University – Perth, and then Dr. rer. Nat. from Bielefeld University – Germany also in Computer Science. He is involving in many international collaboration activities of Gunadarma University.

Setyagus Sucipto, iCreativeLabs Studio

Having an 2007 IT degree from Padjajaran University Bandung, Setyagus Sucipto has continued to keep his IT passion on track. He had been known as a great freelance web developer before finally founded iCreativelabs Studio in 2006, as well as ArusMedia (with MakeMac, Ruang Freelance and Twentea under its flag), Ganti Baju and Jobs Freak. Currently a husband and a father of a son, Setyagus Sucipto has now been acknowledged as a WordPress ninja. Vastly experienced in CMS, he has built a bridge that connects CMS and WordPress e-Commerce, creating WordPress themes so easy to use and to modify. He founded WP Journey, a one-stop site where you can find greatest themes built by iCreativelabs WordPress team. His latest themes, AppCloud and Majalahku, are so popular that he eagerly continues to build more, both in quality and quantity.

Idris Khanafi, Komunitas MySQL Indonesia

Idris Khanafi is a Database Administrator, 2 year experience as Postgres & MySQL admin. Currently working for a Media Online Company in Jakarta as a Senior DBA. Active at MySQL Indonesia Community.

    yes. WordCamp Indonesia 2010 will feature a wide variety of local and visiting speakers, on Main Session, presenting on everything WordPress, such as Made Wiryana, Herry Sufehmi, Risman Adnan, Dan Milward*, etc. Beau Lebens will be our featured speaker.
